By creating or using a Green Flags account, you agree to these product rules. These launch terms should receive local legal review before commercial operation.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, legally able to enter an agreement, and permitted to use dating services where you live. You may not create an account for someone else.

Member conduct

No bots, impersonation, scams, commercial solicitation, harassment, hate, threats, coercion, non-consensual sexual content, underage content, or attempts to evade safety controls.

Subscriptions

Paid features, prices, renewal timing, cancellation, and refund terms must be shown at checkout. Subscription access may end when a plan expires, is canceled, or enters an unpaid status.

Safety and responsibility

Green Flags does not conduct criminal background checks unless explicitly stated. Members are responsible for their interactions and should follow the Safety Center guidance.

Enforcement

Profiles may be limited, hidden, suspended, or removed for safety, fraud prevention, policy violations, or legal compliance.
